1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item was purchased directly from https://rebootmart.com.

The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and invoice included.
The item is not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used electronic items (e.g., earphones, personal gadgets, etc.) due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Items with tampered serial numbers or warranty stickers.
Gift cards, promotional items, or free products.
3. Damaged or Defective Products

Photos or video evidence of the product and packaging
After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on product availability.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization and pickup instructions.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Hand over the package to our courier partner or ship it to the return address provided.
Note: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
If approved, your refund will be processed within [5–7 business days].
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
