The EG280 gaming decoder sound card supports audio effect adjustments via the SIMGOT Control app on Android phones and the web interface on computers. Due to MFi certification requirements, the SIMGOT Control app is currently unavailable on the iOS App Store. iOS users can adjust EQ settings via the web-based EQ community platform (URL available upon inquiry with customer service) accessible on Mac/Windows computers.
The EG280 Gaming Decoder Sound Card does not support UAC 1.0 protocol devices such as Xbox or Switch consoles. For connectivity, use the headphone 3.5mm jack.
